Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice
The Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice (RQF) is aimed at learners who want to broaden their aesthetic knowledge and develop their practice within the health and beauty sector. The qualification is designed to prepare learners for employment in the sector.
Qualification structure
To successfully complete the Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice (RQF), learners must complete 9 mandatory units and achieve 53 credits.
Entry requirements
Learners must have previously completed and achieved a minimum of:
- Level 4 regulated qualification in a related sector
- First Aid at Work qualification or equivalent
- Basic Life Support qualification
- Anaphylaxis qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' industry experience
- Centres must also ensure learners meet the minimum competence requirements set by any legislative or regulatory body guidance
