Entry requirements

  • Be at least 19 years old
  • A good standard of written and spoken English
  • Appropriate literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
  • Subject knowledge or occupational competence in the area you intend to assess
  • Access to at least two learners to carry out the practical assessment activities
  • No previous assessor qualification is required
